A Tip for Snacking and Eating Healthy

To make easy grab and go snacks or sides for lunch, make sure you clean and cut your veggies and fruit after shopping.  It is also cheaper to buy veggies and fruit not already cut and packaged.  Finding ways to save money is always a plus!


If you start your kids out early on raw vegetables you'll be surprised how much they will like!  And for those with older kids try a side of hummus.  It's much healthier than sour cream based dips.
