Bison Burger Patty with a side of Sautéed Veggies

Need a quick and easy Dinner recipe, try this bison burger patty and veggies!

Ingredients:
1 bison burger
Sea salt or Himalayan Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1 Tbsp of coconut oil or real butter or ghee

Veggies - 5 asparagus, 1 turnip, 1 tomato, 6 olives stuffed with garlic, 3 mushroom, half of a small onion.

Instructions:

Cook bison burger to your liking. This one was made on the stove top in a skillet. Seasoning used was salt, pepper and garlic powder on each side. Feel free to add other seasonings of your choice.

Veggies: Cut ends off turnip and peel the skin with a peeler. Cut turnip into small cubes. Prepare asparagus by breaking off the bottom stem portion at least and inch from the bottom. Dice tomato, olives, mushrooms and onion.

Heat skillet with tbsp of oil or butter on medium. Add veggies and cook until the turnips are slightly tender and can be stuck with a fork. The turnips are a potato consistency don't be afraid to try them. Also feel free to add any seasoning of your choice. (salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, thyme.. etc)

Once cooked put on a plate and dinner is served!

Feel free to mix and match any of your favorite veggies and different sides of meat.
